1. INTRODUCTION
This website to which the Terms and Conditions and its contents are owned and maintained by Mia Turner, Clinical Hypnotherapist (herein referred to as ‘we’ or ‘our’) and governed by these Terms and Conditions.
We offer the Website, including all information, tools, and services available from the Website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated in our Terms and Conditions.
By accessing, using, subscribing, or placing an order over the Website, you and your business (including any sub users you may have) agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be done via email reply to the confirmation email you would have received upon booking the appointment. Please check your spam / junk mail folder and add our email address to your safe list.

Hypnotherapy Sessions: Cancellations by the client less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur the full charge of the session, if paying by individual session.
Cancellation of a session that is part of a program, by the client less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in that session being forfeited. For example if you have agreed to a 3 session program, and you cancel the second appointment less than 24 hours prior to the booked time, that session is now forfeited and your next booking will be for your third session.

Cancellations by the client more than 24 hours prior to the appointment can be rescheduled by visiting www.mantamind.com/book-online.

In circumstances where a client makes excessive cancellations without sufficient cause, as determined by us, we reserve the right to terminate a program agreement. If this occurs the client will incur the full charge of the session or program and no refunds will be given.
3. NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders must be placed on the website. Orders via phone or email are only accepted in limited circumstances.
National and international orders may be placed on our website.

For international orders, payments can be made either by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or PayPal.

Orders within New Zealand and Australia may be placed with payment being made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only), PayPal, or direct bank credit.

Afterpay is also available in applicable countries, and subject to its own Terms and Conditions you will need to review and agree with before proceeding with this payment option.
Once payment has been made and the order been received by us:
If you have ordered a ticket for a workshop, we will email you using the email address you have provided and confirm your registration within 48 hours.

If you have registered for an online course (not ‘on-demand’), we will email you using the email address you have provided to deliver the online contents within 48 hours. If the course is ‘on demand’ you will receive instructions and / or the content immediately.

If you have paid for an audio recording, this should be available to you immediately.

If you have paid for a hypnotherapy plan or program, please book your sessions online. These will be confirmed by us as soon as possible.
4. MEDICAL ADVICE AND TREATMENT
Nothing in this Website, nor in any other material published by Us either stated or implied, is “medical advice” or medical treatment of the type normally given by a licensed medical practitioner. All information provided is for educational purposes only.
Nor do we, in any way, claim to offer any products, treatment, service, or advice, that purports to cure, heal, alleviate, or prevent, any illness or medical condition.
Anyone with a medical condition is advised to seek appropriate advice from a health-care professional.
